今天前往第一個登岸點 Carcass island, 位於福克蘭群島的西北方. 早在十八世紀末,這個島上就成為了一個養羊的牧場. 現在這座島的島主Rob 以及 Lorraine McGill, 已經在這座島上生活三十年,夏天短短的幾個月裡,這座島住戶會增加至四人.
我們在這座島上可以看到麥哲倫企鵝以及幾隻紳士企鵝和零星的羊群生活在一起.
